The Story Behind the Name “Aquarium”
We chose the name “Aquarium” with care and love—and for four meaningful reasons:

The Chef
Mohammad Imani is an experienced head chef of the flavorful Aquarium Persian Restaurant which brings passion, dedication, and expertise to your table, aiming to deliver the authentic taste of Persian cuisine from the heart of Iran. With nearly 30 years of experience as a head chef including 15 years spent perfecting his craft in Iran, his journey in the culinary world is deeply rooted in tradition.
His love for cooking began in his teenage years, working alongside his parents who were also in the restaurant business. From an early age, he was immersed in the kitchen and learned all the secrets of traditional Persian cooking.
Mohammad Imani firmly believes in the success and growing appreciation of authentic Persian cuisine. His mission is to share the culture, hospitality, and rich flavors of Iran with a wider audience. Under his mentorship, The Aquarium has become a place where tradition, love and quality flavours come together, offering guests an unforgettable taste of Iran.
